BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE INCLUDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE WITH TSHWANEDJE HLT.

You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the software.

REGISTERED VERSION

You may install the software on one computer for each license you purchase. A single license may be installed on both a desktop and laptop system on condition that the same user will be using both systems. You may re-download and re-activate your software if, for example, you replace your computer with a new one.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TSHWANEDJE HLT OR ITS RESELLERS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SELLER, EITHER REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
