Apple Mavericks File Dialog Problem
Issue
TLex, tlTerm, tlCorpus or tlDatabase may crash or the file selection dialog box closes unexpectedly while using Open or other file navigation dialogs.
Possible Solution(s)
You can work around this issue by disabling Cover Flow view mode.
The problem occurs if you have Cover Flow view mode enabled. This is a bug in Apple Mavericks itself, and will need to be corrected by Apple. We are presently awaiting a fix from Apple.
