TshwaneLex 2.0 Download
Please read these instructions carefully.
Click on the following link to download TshwaneLex 2.0:
TLex_2.0.16.48.exe (6.24MB)
To save the file to your hard disk, click on the link with the right mouse button and select "Save Target As". Once you have downloaded the file, run it (e.g. by double-clicking on it) to install TshwaneLex.
NB: You need administrator rights on the system when installing or upgrading TshwaneLex, and when applying the license key.

If you already have a version of TshwaneLex 2.0 installed ...
If you already have a version of TshwaneLex 2.0 installed, you must first un-install it. Click "Start/Settings/Control Panel", open "Add or Remove Programs", select TshwaneLex 2.0 from the list of programs and remove it. If you have existing dictionary databases created with TshwaneLex they will not be removed by this step (although making backups of your data is anyway strongly recommended).
(Note that if you are currently on version 2.0.8 or later, manual uninstallation of the older version should no longer be necessary - the installer should uninstall the older version for you during the install process.)
Do not remove the TshwaneLex application folder under 'Program Files'.
A new license key is not required when upgrading (unless upgrading between major versions, e.g. version 1 to version 2).
Registration and licensing:
Please note that you must install TshwaneLex on the computer on which you wish to run it. When you first run TshwaneLex, a unique product key will be generated for that computer. You must send this product key by clicking on 'Request Key Online' and filling in the form. We will then e-mail you a license key (usually within 24 hours). The license key will activate the TshwaneLex license on that system.
