As our software products can all be installed as evaluation versions prior to purchase, and because activation (unlock) codes are provided instantly upon order confirmation, our general policy is not to allow refunds. We may, however, issue refunds at our discretion on request from a customer, and often do so. We also generally issue refunds if it is evident that an order was made by accident, though the decision remains at our discretion. The primary spirit and intention behind our refund policy is simple and twofold: (1) we do not wish to rip anyone off, and (2) we want to avoid being ripped off. These goals will guide our decision-making.
